Discounted Virtual Fighter 5

I just receive my copy of Virtual Fighter 5, this was one of the early launch game of PS3, I did not bought it because i was not really into the fighting styles of Virtual Fighter series so i did not bought it back then.

What make me bought it in the end? The answer is the cheap price that Play Asia gave it! Just RM60++ onli which is almost 3 times cheaper from the original price!

I also notice a problem after i got my copy! Why are all those Japanese Region PS3 games have full color page manual books when those others regions one usually come in black and white? The price for other regions arent really cheap too......

This is also the first time I bought anything from Play Asia, always heard of their discounted goods come in very good price! This is actually my first time purchasing from them!

PVC Figures + 1/8 Firearms are WIN at ACF????

Today was the day i went to BTS for a gathering with all those LYN Gundam and Mecha gatherings! It was a long chat and we went to all the shop that sold Gundam kits to do some scouting and also crazy purchasing!

After the 2 o'clock lunch at McD we all went our separate ways! And me and a few of the forumers stumble into the Anime Comic Festival, we paid RM5 to enter the place to see nothing much......just some shop displaying stuff tat has nothing to do with usual Otaku stuff, and some few ppl having Cosplay! (cant expect much this is Malaysia anyway)!

We meet a few LYN forumers who were having their PVC figure display there, then JHCJ came out with the idea of displaying those 1/8 Firearms weapon (Fodder Soldier bought) along with those PVC figure and surprisingly ppl came and take picture none stop!!!!

ppl seems to like girls with Big gun a lot!

after wat we did today I wont be surprise next time ppl we gonna buy firearms to pair with their PVC! Maybe this would be a new trend! Fodder Soldier you have create some new stuff for the market of PVC figure!

Figma Saber (armor version)

I think most of you either owns a Revoltech 2nd Gen Saber or should at least seen it! Now Figma has brought up the fight of action figure, we get to see the first neck to neck match of Saber Figma VS Saber Revoltech!

The Figma Saber is gonna be in the market at April and its picture is already available through the net! I am one of those tat are surprise by its detail! Let have a look:

Details on Saber are indeed much better than the Revoltech version, and the facial expression on Saber face is the really very good! From the picture we will be expecting to receive a Figma Saber with 2 set of hair, 2 face expression and 2 swords (including its shell)!

Will Kaiyodo counter Max Factory and release a Saber in normal clothing in Fraulein line? Action figures never been this hot before! Hope it does not end like Blu Ray VS HD DVD!

Figma Yuki Nagato (Figma VS Fraulein)

OK it been in the market for awhile now! I think most of those ppl out there gonna be really interested in comparing the Figma (Max Factory) with the Fraulein (Kaiyodo Revoltech)!

I got mine yesterday, the price for the Figma was almost the same with the Revoltech, but it comes with more accessories than standard Revoltech! Hence bigger box!

I think most of those Revoltech collector will face problem with the storage for all the accessories and body parts! It was really thoughtful for Max Factory to give u a plastic bag for all the stuff!

There was also a white plastic thing for you to plug in all Yuki hand, making it easier and tidier to keep all you hands.

Now lets compare Figma and Fraulein! Figma use the join like the picture below. it is not as tight as the Revoltech join but the engineering of the joint is similar to Revoltech.

The body part of the Figma is tougher compare to the Fraulein, it also give the figure body to act more natural than the Fraulein! The skirt part of figure does not limit the movement of Figma as much as the Fraulein Rin! It basically can sit down without having removing anything from it (unlike Rin which required you take off her skirt).

Although Figma has a tougher body but it shoulder movement is not as natural as the Fraulein (It is also the shoulder joint tat cause those Fraulein body to feel like its gonna fall a part). So it was unable to do the fold your arm pose as good as the Fraulein.

Figma hand and palm or joint was the best! It has a join that allow the palm to move back and forward enabling it to do a lot most hand pose than Fraulein! It also make them look more natural too!

What I do not like about the Figma is that the joints of the figure are not hidden as good as the Fraulein!

The leg joint was ok but the sculpt for the leg was a bit weird! I still prefer the Fraulein one!

So in the end Figma was still not a perfect figure but is definitely a worth of money figure! Same as Fraulein which face a lot of minor problem! But if you combine the Figma and Fraulein together you will get a really good figure!

So in the end is up to the consumer choice to choose which to purchase! For me I am gonna buy both line! Now lets look forward on the upcoming Figma Lelouch!

Kaminagi Ryoko 1/8 PVC figure

I have finally bought this figure! I bought it just before the Chinese New Year holiday here! I wanted to resist myself from purchasing it, but in the end I gave up and went down to XL shop and grab it!

One of the reason that attracted me to go purchase her was this! Another was the discount AngPau you get when you purchase more than RM100! Same as my previous purchase I wanted to try my luck on a big discount angpau (RM50) but end up getting another RM5 discount (ill luck this year).

Kaminagi looks sweet, and looks terrific from the sight! Really like her in the anime! Now i still havent got the Zegapain Model Kit. Regret not buying it back then when there was a lot of stock!

Heres all the figures that i bought during the XL CNY sales.

Do you guys feel that Kaminagi and Yurie looks alike? Yurie seems to be a younger version......

Revoltech Fraulein Rin Tosaka

Most of you people out there must have know about a new line Revoltech product call Fraulein! This line of product make used of the technology in Revoltech 2nd Generation and focus mainly on Female characters from anime or games!

Since i collect a lot of Revoltech, i also got myself a Revoltech Fraulein figure! The character I got was the latest release Rin Tosaka from Fate Stay Night! She is my favourite character in the anime, really like her style!

The Fraulein was a lot better than the 1st and 2nd Gen Revoltech in hiding Revol Ball joints! You hardly notice them! Besides that they did a great job on Rin sculpting too! It looks as if it is a PVC figure!

Like most of those Revoltech you can exchange the parts as you like! Giving it what ever pose or action!

Talking about exchanging parts with other Revoltech figure! The 2nd gen Revoltech Saber heads fits just nicely on Rin body and she looks gorgeous in it too! Much better than in her armor!

Ops Rin doesn't seem to be very happy about it!

However Rin does has some limitation that the first Fraulein does not have (Rei), due to the reason Rin wears a skirt she cant sit done without removing her skirt. As like most PVC figure you get to have a look at her 'pantsu' when you remove her skirt! Besides her skirt her hair also limits her from raising her head to look upwards....

Really this Revoltech figure give you unlimited joy..... you dunno wat you may end up with by mix matching their parts together! Here some pictures of Rin:

PVC Kamichu Figure

If you have my earlier post you would know that I had just purchase a Kamichu PVC figure! It is a beautiful figure with background and other small characters, for the beauty of this figure you get to paid more than normal (same scale) price!

The cute Yurie

The animation of this PVC was also a nice one and should not be missed out! It is about a young girl, Yurie Hitotsubashi, who suddenly become a goddess and how she handle her gods job and school works! No violence and ero stuff in this anime! It is for all ages.

There are lots of other small gods or spirit throughout the anime

Overall this is a great figure from a great anime, and because of it I did not purchase Zegapain Ryoko PVC figure..........darn i really want Ryoko should go grab her up?
